Profile:
Having loved all animals for as long as I can remember, I have now been a clinical animal behaviourist for over 10 years. I work with owners locally and further afield offering different levels of support depending on the owner/pet team and the presenting issues and goals. With ongoing follow-ups to suit, owners are never alone in working through their training programme. I have an Honours degree in Psychology, after which I specialised in Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling resulting in a Post Graduate qualification and attend further courses and seminars to keep updated. From fostering and adopting several dogs with behaviour issues over the years I have not only professional experience and knowledge, but personal experience of living with dogs with issues on a day to day basis. I offer a non-judgemental and supportive approach to both pets and their owners. I now specialise in anxious dogs, separation anxiety and touch sensitivity.
