Profile:

Based on the Dorset, Somerset border. Having worked with a range of species, I founded Pet Peeves Animal Behaviour & Teaching in 2017 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Animal Behaviour & Welfare. I also went on to achieve a Masters degree in Anthrozoology from the University of Exeter (2021) so you can rest assured that I have a thorough theoretical knowledge to underpin my practical skills. I specialise in resource guarding in dogs.

Raychel is a Certified Clinical Animal Behaviourist with the Association for the Study of Animal Behaviour, a Clinical Animal Behaviourist with the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors, Certified Member of the Fellowship of Animal Behaviour Clinicians and a registered Clinical Animal Behaviourist with the Animal Behaviour Training Counsel.

I believe in developing a mutual understanding between you and your pet, because caring for an animal in your home is as much about responsibility as it is about love. I exclusively use up-to-date scientifically proven positive reinforcement methods so I can give you the best possible advice
